Indiase IT-sector richt zich op AI-native Global Capability Centres

Tata Consultancy Services lanceerde een GVIC-businessunit om AI-native Global Capability Centres (GCCs) te helpen opzetten. Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant en HCLTech hebben eveneens GCC-praktijken met AI-gedreven transformatiemodellen. De Indiase GCC-markt zal naar verwachting groeien tot $105-110 miljard in 2030.
